The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighborhood. We saw the glory with our own eyes, the one-of-a-kind glory, like Father, like Son, Generous inside and out, true from start to finish. – John 1:14 MSG
2018 SERVE DAY
SATURDAY, JULY 14
“For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Serve Day provides churches across the world with opportunities to serve their local communities and share the love of God through practical acts of kindness. Serve Day is July 14, 2018, but our hope is that serving others becomes our focus throughout the year. Simple acts of selfless love can open hearts to Jesus, and together we can make a difference.
Hope City Dream Center is partnering with Hope City Dallas and hundreds of other churches across the world on July 14th to make a difference in our local communities.
Here is the vision of Serve Day 2018:
“Serve Day provides churches across the world with opportunities to serve their local communities and share the love of God through practical acts of kindness. Serve Day is July 14, 2018, but our hope is that serving others becomes our focus throughout the year. Simple acts of selfless love can open hearts to Jesus, and together we can make a difference.”
Please join our team as we will provide water, food, hygiene items and pray for those experiencing homelessness in Dallas (Oak Cliff). If you would like to receive more information about donating, serving or helping to promote this wonderful day, please email email@example.com.

Our Adopt-A-Block ministry is currently reaching the families of Oak Cliff in Dallas, Texas. Our mission is to find a need and fill it! We do this by providing Christmas dinners, gifts at Christmas, clothes, blankets, rake leaves, hosting summer block parties, holding garage free sales, and sports activities for children of all ages. The heart of Adopt-A-Block is to bring hope to the community while serving and loving the people who live there. If you have a heart to see lives changed, we welcome you to join us!
We began our After-School Program because of a community need that we could meet. We have partnered with Dallas ISD, and have opened our doors to the students of our community in order to provide them with a place where they can do homework, have access to computers outside of their schools, and providing them with mentors that can help them grow into the generation that God intended. If you have a heart for helping the children of our city, partner with us by investing your time into their future.
